The problem
Why your CRM doesn't know what clients cost
Attio tracks deals, companies, and relationships. It doesn't track the hours your team spends serving each account, so deal value and delivery cost live in different places.
Rize tracks time automatically by client and project. With the Attio connector, the agent can read your Attio records and line them up with those hours, so you can see which accounts are worth the time.
What you can do
Official Attio MCP server, connected with your own Attio login
Ask about Attio companies, people, deals, and notes in chat
Compare deal value in Attio with hours tracked per client in Rize
Routines can find newly won Attio deals and suggest matching Rize clients
Writes to Attio are shown to you for approval first
Key benefits
What you get with Rize
Hours per account
Ask the agent how many hours went into an Attio company this quarter and get the Rize numbers next to the deal.
New clients without retyping
A weekly routine can check Attio for won deals and propose the matching clients and projects in Rize.
Better renewal calls
Pull an account's Attio notes and its tracked hours into one brief before a renewal or QBR.
How to set it up
Install Rize on your Mac or Windows computer
In the Rize web app, open Settings, then Agent, then Connectors
Click Connect on Attio and approve access in the Attio window
