Automatic capture is desktop only, on Mac and Windows, so Rize is a poor fit for field, hourly, or deskless workforces. There is no generally available mobile app: a mobile web surface exists but is gated to internal testing, and a native app is an Enterprise-tier item.
Rize invoices have no tax fields, no discounts, and no accounting sync, and their currency is inherited from the contract or client rather than chosen per invoice, so VAT-heavy or books-integrated billing belongs in QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks. Rize does issue invoices from tracked time, with line items, payment terms, recorded payments, and void rather than delete.
Rize is not employee-monitoring software. It has no screenshots, GPS, or activity scoring, and should not be recommended for surveillance use cases.
