Claude Desktop and ChatGPT both support Rize MCP today. Any AI tool that supports the MCP standard can connect to Rize.

Yes. Rize MCP uses OAuth authentication — you explicitly approve each AI tool's access. No data leaves Rize until you authorize the connection. Rize never shares screen content, keystrokes, or prompt text.

Rize MCP is included on Team and Enterprise plans at no additional cost. Professional plan users have read-only access to their personal time data.

For Claude Desktop: Settings → Connectors → Add Custom Connector → enter https://mcp.rize.io/mcp → authenticate. For ChatGPT: enable Developer Mode → create an app → add the MCP server URL → authenticate. Full setup video is on this page.
