Integration

Calendly Bookings, Connected to Client Time

Connect Calendly to the Rize agent through Calendly's official MCP server. See upcoming and past bookings next to the hours Rize tracked, and set routines that prep you for client calls or flag new clients from bookings.

The problem

Why booked meetings don't show up in client reports

Calendly fills your calendar with client calls, intro meetings, and check-ins. It doesn't know which client each booking belongs to in your timesheet, or how much time each account takes.

With the Calendly connector, the Rize agent can read your scheduled events and invitees and line them up with the time Rize tracked, so meeting load per client and new prospects are easy to spot.

What you can do

Official Calendly MCP server, connected with your own Calendly login

Ask the agent about upcoming bookings, invitees, and event types

Compare booked meetings with tracked hours per client

Routines can send a daily brief of today's client calls with recent hours for each

Changes such as canceling an event are shown to you for approval first
