The problem
Why meeting time is the hardest to bill
Fireflies records what was said on a call. It doesn't put that call on a timesheet. Meeting time often goes unbilled or lands on the wrong client because nobody remembers which project a 30 minute call was for.
Rize already tracks meeting time from your calendar and the apps you use. With Fireflies connected, the transcript gives Rize the context to tag that time to the right client and project, and the agent can use the notes in recaps and routines.
What you can do
Imports Fireflies transcripts and attaches them to the matching meeting on your timeline (private beta)
Gives Rize and the agent what was discussed, so meeting time is easier to tag to the right client and project
The Rize agent can search Fireflies calls in chat through the Fireflies connector
Routines can turn yesterday's calls into time entries or a weekly client recap
Works alongside your calendar, so meetings show up even without a recording
Key benefits
What you get with Rize
Meetings on the right client
The transcript shows what a call was about, not just the calendar title, so tagging it is quick.
Recaps from real notes
Ask the agent for a client recap and it can quote the Fireflies notes next to the hours spent.
Fewer missed billable calls
Short ad hoc calls with a transcript still show up on the timesheet for review.
How to set it up
Install Rize on your Mac or Windows computer
In the Rize web app, open Settings, then Integrations, then Fireflies
Connect your Fireflies account
For the agent, also connect Fireflies under Settings, then Agent, then Connectors
Review meeting time entries in your timeline as usual
