Supported Integrations

Rize connects with the tools your team already uses:

  • ClickUp -- sync tasks, track time against ClickUp items, import teams
  • Linear -- sync issues and track development time
  • Asana -- sync tasks for project-based tagging
  • Slack -- chat with your time data using the Rize Slack Agent
  • Google Calendar -- track meetings and calendar events automatically
  • Zapier -- connect Rize to 5,000+ apps with custom automations
  • MCP Server -- let AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT) query your time data
  • GraphQL API -- build custom integrations with the Rize API
  • Webhooks -- receive real-time notifications when events happen in Rize

Connecting an Integration

Go to Settings > Integrations and click the "Connect" button next to any integration. You will be redirected to authorize access, then returned to Rize.

Why Integrations Improve Accuracy

When you connect a task tracker like ClickUp, Rize gets real task names instead of guessing from raw activity. This means:

  • Better task matches in AI suggestions
  • Faster review (suggestions already point at real tasks)
  • Cleaner reporting downstream

MCP and AI Assistants

The Rize MCP Server lets AI assistants query your time data directly. You can also chat with your time data inside the Rize web app without needing an external AI tool.

Ask about your hours, your team's time, project status, or profitability in plain English.

API Access

Generate API keys from Settings > API Keys to access the Rize GraphQL API for custom integrations. The API supports querying time entries, projects, clients, and profitability data.

Calendar Integration

Connect Google Calendar or Outlook to automatically track meetings. Calendar events appear as time entries with attendee information and can be tagged to clients and projects like any other entry.
