Custom Keyboard Shortcut and Hide Dock Icon

We recently released v0.13.17 for all desktop apps. Changes include:
- Adds the ability to customize the global keyboard shortcut to show and hide Rize.
- Adds the ability to always hide Rize from the dock on macOS or the taskbar on Windows.
