Authentication Issue Fix for 2.0 Apps

Some users recently saw an “Authentication failed!” message when signing in. We’ve added a simple way to fully reset your login state.

✅ How to Fix It

Use Developer → Reset on Restart, then quit and reopen the Rize app.

This clears your local login state and resolves the issue immediately.

Steps

Mac:
Developer → Reset on Restart → Quit Rize → Reopen Rize



Windows:

Menu → Developer → Reset on Restart → Quit Rize → Reopen Rize

After reopening, you should be able to sign in normally.
