Add Option to Include Query Parameters in URL Categorization Rule

Previously, all URL categorization rules would remove all query parameters when creating the rule.
This is an issue for websites that use query parameters to distinguish content such as YouTube. For example, the rule for youtube.com/watch?v=8YeRP2spPr8 would be youtube.com/watch.
As of today, you can select an option to include query parameters. With the include parameters option selected, the rule for youtube.com/watch?v=8YeRP2spPr8 would be youtube.com/watch?v=8YeRP2spPr8.
Be careful as order does matter when creating URL categorization rules with query parameters.
