0.13.11 Release

We just released a new version 0.13.11 for the macOS and Windows apps. This update has a few small changes and patches including:

‍CMD Q on macOS and CTRL Q on Windows will hide Rize instead of quitting the app. We've heard this from a few users who expect this functionality based on other apps that often run in the background.
We added an option to have all Rize notifications play sound or be silenced. Sound is enabled by default. Click on the menu tray icon to view and update the setting.
We updated the macOS Rize icon with correctly rounded corners.
We added support for Arc Browser on macOS.
