Routines let the Rize Agent run on a schedule. Instead of remembering to check a dashboard, you can have Rize prepare the brief and send it to you.

WHAT IS IT?
Routines are scheduled prompts that let the Rize Agent run work for you automatically. They produce briefs, notifications, and follow-up context without requiring someone to open a dashboard first.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
The reviews that keep a freelance business, agency, or organization on track are usually the easiest to forget. Routines make start-of-day planning, end-of-day cleanup, team check-ins, and recurring client reviews happen on a schedule.

Scheduled agent tasks
A routine is a scheduled prompt. You can tell Rize what to analyze, when to run, and where to send the result. The agent then produces a brief you can read without opening a report manually.
Start of Day Prep
Start of Day Prep is the easiest example. Rize can look at yesterday's work, today's calendar, open tasks, and your recent patterns, then give you a focused plan for the day.

Delivery through Slack, email, and in-app notifications
Routines can notify you where you already work. A completed routine can appear in Rize, arrive by email, or be delivered through Slack depending on your setup.
Follow-up actions from the brief
Routine briefs can include actions that open the Agent with the right context. If your morning brief says your calendar is too fragmented, you can ask Rize to help find focus time from that exact starting point.
