Prompt builder with Skills
Report prompts can reference Skills, which are reusable instructions saved in Rize. That means a report can follow your workspace's tagging policy, client rules, or team operating model without copying the same instructions into every prompt.
Scope, schedule, and delivery
Choose whether a report should focus on you, a specific team, or the full workspace. Configure whether it should run on a schedule and where the results should be sent, including Slack and email.
Run reports once or on a schedule
Scheduled reports run automatically. You can also run any report on demand from the report list, then review every completed run from the same page.
Structured report output
Report runs are generated from your live Rize data. A client profitability report, for example, can break down revenue by client and project, show the work behind each section, and link entities like teams so you can jump back into the source data.
Export and keep asking questions
You can download report runs as PDFs. You can also chat with a report, which opens the Agent with the report context already attached so you can dig into the analysis and ask follow-up questions.
