ClickUp Teams Integration

We're excited to announce a major update to our ClickUp integration, now allowing you to import and sync tasks directly with your ClickUp workspace for your entire team! This will massively streamline how your team tracks and reports time.

Overview

Rize now enables you to create a team from a ClickUp workspace. This new integration allows you to import your team members and automatically sync their assigned tasks from ClickUp into Rize. When your team members log time to these tasks in Rize, the time entries are automatically synced back to ClickUp, making your team's time tracking more automated and effortless.

Connecting the Integration

To get started, navigate to the "Add Team" page and select the new "Create via ClickUp" option. This will redirect you to ClickUp to authorize the connection and select the ClickUp Workspace that you want to sync. Once selected, you will be returned to Rize, where you can see your connected ClickUp account.

Creating Your Team and Importing Data

After connecting your ClickUp account, you can choose to sync with an existing Rize team or a new team named after your workspace. You can then select the members of your ClickUp team that you want to add to your Rize team. Additionally, you have the option to sync your ClickUp folders as Rize projects.

Once you've made your selections, your new Rize team will be created, and your selected members and their assigned tasks from ClickUp will be automatically synced. Any time tracked on these tasks within Rize will then be posted back to your ClickUp workspace.

Our goal is to make your team's time tracking as automated and streamlined as possible, and this new ClickUp integration is a significant step in that direction.
