Auto-reload (optional, admin-enabled): extra credits at $0.02/credit, up to a monthly credit limit the admin sets. Off by default.

## How billing works

- **Free trial:** 7 days, full access, no credit card. If no card is on file when the trial ends, the trial closes and you are not charged.
- **Billing periods:** Monthly, quarterly, or annual. Quarterly and annual plans are billed up front for the full period.
- **Team seats:** 2-seat minimum. Adding a seat charges the prorated difference right away. Removing a seat lowers the next bill and does not issue a credit.
- **Plan changes:** Upgrading a paid plan bills the prorated difference immediately.
- **AI credits:** Each plan includes a monthly allotment, and credit packs add prepaid credits. When both run out, AI features pause until the next period unless an admin turns on auto-reload ($0.02/credit up to a monthly limit). Time tracking never stops.
- **Cancellation:** Cancel anytime from Settings > Account. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees are nonrefundable and not prorated on cancellation.
- **After you cancel:** You keep access to your account and can export past data. New activity is not tracked.

**Who is Rize for?**
Rize is built for agencies, consultancies, and professional services firms that bill by the hour and need time attributed to clients and projects without manual timers. Freelancers and individuals use the Basic, Pro, and Max plans to track their own time automatically.

**Which Rize plan should I choose?**
Choose Basic if you only want an automatic record of your own workday, Pro if you are a freelancer or consultant who sends client reports, and Max if you run a solo agency and use AI automations every day. **What are AI credits?**
AI credits power Rize's AI features: chat, reports, automations, agents, and meeting transcription. Each action costs a set number of credits. When you run out, AI features pause until the next period. Tracking and your data never stop.

**What is the difference between Individual and Team plans?**
Individual plans are for one person. Team plans are for 2+ people and include team dashboards, admin controls, budgeting, and shared workspaces.

**Is Rize free for individuals?**

**What happens when I run out of AI credits?**

**Can I get a refund?**
